1.Formula Control system with super capac-ity
This system provides4000 kinds of technics, each of which has maximum200 groups of tech-nic data where each group of data has one-length and one pitch of slub to apply, save and revise in accordance with needs.
2. Four modes of spinning make different patterns possible
A. Regular
This mode includes regular by one group and regular by multi-groups. To be specific, regular by one group is the mode that con-trolling system applies the data in the cer-tain order that the user selects the data one group by one group from the1-200 groups of data, and the regular by multi-groups is the mode that controlling system applies the data in the certain order that the user selects the data groups by groups from the1-200 groups of data.
B. lrregular mode 1: the controlling system select and arrange data randomly by group from1-200 groups of data set by user without repeated spinning.(e.g. the data could be arranged in such order: Group M[length in group M, pitch in group M]-- Group N[length in group N,pitch in group N]_..).
C. lrregular mode2: the controlling device select alength from one group and a pitch from another group randomly among 1-200 groups of data set by users to make a new group of slub data, thus, there would be new groups of data to apply. (e.g. the data could be arranged in such order: New Group[length in group M-- pitch in group N]--New Group[length in group X, pitch in
group Y]_..)
D. Random spinning: User only need to in-put range of data (highlimits>=1owlimits) of base yarn and slub pattern,then the control-ling system will select randomly within the limits to achieve random spinning.
3. Specia1 slub yarn is possible
For example, one slub pattern could be overlapped with
several slub patterns; orone slub yarn could be overlapped with several slub yarn with different style, thick orthin, long or short.
4. Servo system with position control of super accuracy
This device applies servo system to con-trol with constant torque and over-feeding; The slub pattern wi11 be steady without change when servo system works continuously for a1ong time.
5. High-quality system of preposed-roller sampIing
Thecontrolling system of this device drives preposed-roller,middle and back roller sepa-rately, and the rollers are supported by electricity through contactless sensor.
6. lmproved aIarming and self-diagnosis
